Meet Tooly

​Danielle O'Toole grew up in Upland, CA and began playing softball at age 4 and pitching at age 8. She started her collegiate career at San Diego State (2012-2014) and pitched over 400 innings winning 2 conference championships and 2 NCAA Regional appearances. Tooly transferred to the University of Arizona (2014-2017) where she pitched over 400 innings, reached Super Regionals twice, won a Pac-12 Championship in 2017, and was a 1st Team NCAA All-American. She was a member of Team USA in 2017 & 2018, was a Gold & Silver medalist in the Pan-Am Qualifier, World Champs, and the International Cup. In 2019 she joined Team Mexico and qualified for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. In September of 2020 she joined Athletes Unlimited for its first season.

In July, 2021 - Tooly competed in the Tokyo Olympics and pitched 17 innings. Months later she was playing in her second season with Athletes Unlimited.

 

Danielle currently resides in LA, CA and is a pitching coach for Cal State Fullerton.
